FINALLY BECOMING MYSELF TOOK TIME. IT DIDN’T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT, BUT I’M SO GLAD I NEVER GAVE UP.

MY STORY

CUT TO THE START, I WAS OBSESSED. THE CALORIE COUNTING. THE OVER EXERCISING. ALL LEADING TO A FLAT PHYSIQUE. IT WASN'T UNTIL I REALIZED THAT QUALITY IS BETTER THAN QUANTITY, WHICH UNLOCKED MY BODY CHANGING INSIDE AND OUT.

Flash forward to a decade later. Coming out, accepting my own brand of masculine femininity, and discovering the science behind training female and AFAB bodies, I am finally a version of myself that I love. Turns out, she's 145lbs of muscle with a fresh fade and a reasonably healthy obsession with salads - because it feels like ME.
